The Studio

Grain Studio, Inc. is home to the work of Josh Ernst. I am a graphic artist with over a decade of professional experience.

My time in the industry has taken me from Best Buy’s marketing department to running an art department for a prominent CD/DVD manufacturer in downtown Minneapolis. I have worked with a handful of Twin Cities based music and art magazines as well as several non profit organizations.

My capabilities are best described in the following two categories:
Graphic Design: Logos / Identity / Branding, Marketing Materials, Ad/Page Layout, Album Covers, Websites
Graphic Services: Prepress, Color Correction, Printing, Custom Apparel, Consulting / Training

I now serve a wide range of clients including; musicians, record labels, startups, small to midsize corporations and non profits. I also work with other creative agencies on an as-needed basis, sometimes generating new concepts for one of their clients or helping them prepare their work for press or the web.
